FLAGSTAFF JAIL INFORMATION
The Coconino County Jail, or Flagstaff Jail, as it’s sometimes called, is the County’s main detention facility; it is located in Flagstaff, Arizona at 951 E. Sawmill Road. The Flagstaff facility is a 596 bed jail with an operating capacity of 477 beds (operating capacity is 80% of the total 596 available beds).
Coconino County Jail Visitation
Visitation is held from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily; the jail uses Video Visitation, which allows inmates and their families to visit through a web-camera from anywhere in the world. Initial Appearance
Initial appearances (IAs) are held at the Coconino County Jail within 24 hours of a person’s arrest. Those arrested with misdemeanor charges may be bonded out prior to their IA. Those arrested on Felony charges are not bondable until their IA. Defendants typically appear before the Judge via video transmission.
